Assistant Community Director

The Assistant Community Director is to assist the Community Director in effectively managing the assigned property. In the Community Director’s absence, the Assistant Community Director will assume all responsibilities associated with accomplishing property objectives as set forth by the Regional Director and the Property Owner. In addition, the Assistant Community Director is directly responsible for maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly reports including accurate reporting of rents and deposits received.

Community Director

The Community Director is totally accountable for all property operations. The purpose of the Community Director is to effectively manage and coordinate persons, activities and available resources in order to accomplish property objectives as set forth by the Regional Director and Property Owner. These objectives will include maximizing occupancy levels and property values. In addition, the Community Director will train the Associate Community Director to assume all duties of the Community Director in the event of his/her absence.

Leasing Consultant

The Leasing Consultant is the property’s sales representative whose primary duty is to greet prospects, professionally present the features and benefits of their assigned property and properly secure lease agreements from qualified persons. A Leasing Consultant is service oriented and strives to make current residents feel welcome and comfortable in their community.

Regional Director

The Regional Director provides supervision of the overall operations of each community in a portfolio with a clear understanding of the owner’s objectives and the community’s economic and physical requirements. The Regional Director will typically manage six to nine communities depending on experience levels and the nature of each community. The primary responsibility is to make decisions in order to achieve the overall objectives of the communities in his/her region.

Service Director

The Service Director is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the community at all times. This involves ensuring a safe and secure living environment for residents, visitors and staff. It is the Service Director’s duty to anticipate, identify and correct any and all maintenance problems involving the property and to implement procedures that will prevent such problems. An effective program of maintenance is essential in order to maintain a safe environment, cultivate resident satisfaction, and protect the investment of the apartment property owner.

Service Technician

The Service Technician is to assist the Service Director in maintaining the physical integrity of the community. This involves insuring a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for residents, visitors and staff. The Service Technician will carry out assigned duties in a safe manner and other duties as requested by the Service Director. In the absence of the Service Director, the Service Technician will assume all maintenance responsibilities.
